CAPACITY OF GITES

La Maison La Rose and Pavillon Les Nymphéas each have a capacity of:

•  2 adults and 1 baby under 3 years old,

• a total of 4 adults and 2 babies under 3 years old.

• The Pavillon Les Nymphéas cannot be rented independently of Maison La Rose, however it is possible to only reserve La Maison la Rose if there are only 2 of you.

 

CHECK-IN/OUT

• Arrival: 4 p.m. and 8 p.m.

• Departure: no later than 10 a.m.

DURATION OF STAYS

• Minimum duration of 7 nights from Saturday to Saturday.

PAYMENT TERMS

• 30% deposit upon booking

• 70%, 6 weeks before your arrival

 

TERMS OF CANCELATION

• Between 31 and 60 days before the arrival date, the 30% deposit remains forfeited.

• Between 30 days and the day of your arrival, 100% of the amount is charged

 

INSURANCE CANCELLATION OF STAY

• No one is safe from an accident or a personal event that prevents you from coming to stay, we recommend that you take out a cancellation contract which will allow the reimbursement of your stay, if you have to cancel for valid reason ( illness, death, contact case, covid positive, etc.). MEANS OF PAYMENT

• Bank transfer.

• I regret that I cannot accept your pets.

PRICES:They include

• End-of-stay cleaning fees

• Household linen (sheets/bath towels)

• Internet

• The little grocery store: salt, pepper, oil

• Kitchen linen, household products

• Water, electricity, gas, heating (except from November to March, supplement €50/week)

They do not include

• A deposit of €250 to be paid in cash on the day of your arrival and which will be returned to you if no damage has been noted.

• Beach towels for the pool

• The tourist tax

 

POOL

• Hours of use: 9 a.m. to 8 p.m.

• It is open from May to September, weather permitting from April to mid-October.

• Access to the swimming pool area is strictly reserved for adults, children are the responsibility of adults.
